AUTOGATE ARM NOT WORKING?

These photos are taken from a customer’s house in Bandar Puteri Puchong 12. She had the radeon underground type autogate system for around 5 years. The underground motor broke down for few times and she got to pay few hundreds for each repairs. As you can see from the photos, during raining season the water becomes stagnant near the underground motor. Water sips into the motor and damages the autogate gearbox and auto gate parts inside. After so many autogate repairs, the customer can not tahan the autogate motor repair cost already. Actually underground autogate is durable, just that the autogate guy doesn’t use new replacement parts, and I don’t think he has the Seal Gasket. That is why the water sips into the autogate gearbox. So she decided to replace it with this swing arm autogate. After using it for 6 years, the coupling inside is broken. We replaced the components for her. Now her autogate system is working again.
