Today, our team visited a returning customer in Puncak Jalil to repair a folding auto gate with problems involving both the auto gate roller and auto gate arm. We had previously replaced the customer’s autogate motherboard several years ago, and they contacted us again because they trusted our workmanship and after-sales support.
The customer had been experiencing roller problems for a long time. The gate roller frequently jumped off the track, causing the folding gate to stop halfway during operation. On several occasions, the roller even came off completely and was temporarily reinstalled instead of being replaced.

As with every service call, we first requested photos of the auto gate before visiting the site. From the images, we immediately noticed the worn gate roller.
Initially, the customer thought we only repaired auto gate motors and electronic parts, while another contractor would be needed to replace the gate roller. During our inspection, we also discovered that one of the auto gate arms had failed. The motor produced loud noises and could no longer operate properly. The customer’s original system was fitted with an OAE 333A Auto Gate Arm. While we carry genuine replacement parts for OAE systems, we recommended upgrading to the latest Tronica® 929 Auto Gate Arm, which offers better performance and reliability. After replacing the faulty roller and installing the new Tronica® 929 arm, the folding auto gate returned to smooth and reliable operation.
